LARDER has released their new range of homewares in time for Christmas. This season, owners Nicole and Dru Reschke’s focus is on colour.
“We would describe LARDER’s style as simple and elegant with a fusion of Nordic and coastal chic,” said Nicole. “This season we wanted to add touches of vibrant colour to the range.”
So far the reaction has been overwhelming.
“We took our new products to the August Home & Giving Gift Fair in Melbourne, with great results,” said Nicole. “It was by far the most successful year we’ve had. We were amazed with the response, especially to our Sunshine mugs and bowls, which were a show favourite.”
The Melbourne Home & Giving Gift Fair attracts thousands of exhibitors and retailers each year on the hunt for hidden gems that will become tomorrow’s best-sellers.
Nicole and Dru started LARDER in 2012 after struggling to find elegant, durable dinnerware that was affordable for their homeware stores.
“We have come a long way in two years, we started with fine porcelain crockery, but the range has quickly expanded. We now have lighting, vases, homewares, kitchenware, a jewellery line, and even an interactive children’s Peak-a-boo Bear.”
Another product that they are expecting to perform well is their new Table Lamp with Textile Cable. Its fluorescent blue cable adds a burst of bright colour to its Scandinavian-style frame.
LARDER is now sold wholesale throughout Australia in over 500 retail stores. It’s also sold in their flagship stores - Loaves and Fishes in Robe and Koonara Wines in Penola, South Australia. LARDER is proudly a family owned business, with a small team who are passionate about their products and providing excellent service.
With now over 160 items in the range there is something for every lifestyle. The new range will be available from October 2014.
